New Feature: Copy to My Curriculum

September 4, 2012

Last year, you told us that when you found a great resource, you wanted to make a copy and put it right into your curriculum sequence (instead of having to download and then re-upload it). On the new BetterLesson, you can do just that.

On any resource, use the “+ Copy” button (to the right, under “Favorite”).

You’ll be prompted to place the copied resource into your My Curriculum structure.

Once it’s copied, it’s yours to modify. Of course, we’ll add a note on the copied resource (e.g. “Resource copied from [original resource] by [original resource’s author]”) to ensure that attribution is correctly applied and credit is given where credit is due. And just as downloaded resources are mentioned in the “Weekly BetterLesson Digest” email, we’ll include copied resources so teachers can contact others using their resources and solicit feedback or start a conversation.

Enjoy!

    This is fantastic!

  2. It’s really nice to see that you hear people’s feedback and what they want to see next and actually do it!
