BetterLesson is Hiring: Special Project Manager, Utility Infielder

Over the past year, we have received over $7M in funding through our partnerships with the Gates Foundation and the National Education Association (and their 1.6M teachers).

Your Role:

We are looking for someone to report directly to the CEO/COO who will take on diverse roles and projects in the following areas:

  • Operations: Company off sites and events, team culture building systems and activities
  • Content Management:  Curating awesome lessons for our community of teachers
  • HR:  Recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Finance: Bookeeping and administration
  • Office Management: Manage workflow and company-wide systems
  • Executive Support:  Event prep, scheduling, and follow up

Our Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone with a lot of hustle!  Someone who is hungry, resourceful, and fired up to radically change education.  The following will also help:

  • Extremely strong written and verbal skills
  • Equally strong organizational skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus!
